BOARD ELECTION PETITION

To be included on the official ballot, a nominee must be a club member in good standing for at least six months, and obtain the signatures of 40 other club members on the attached nominating petition.

The nomination petition must be signed by members and list their current membership card number.

You may submit an eight-line biographical sketch to be printed by your name on the ballot.

The petition must be turned in to the Club Director by October 15, 2009 to be included on the ballot.
