Election Petition
| To
be included on the official ballot, a nominee must be a club member
in good standing for at least 6 months, and obtain the signatures
of 40 other club members on the following nominating petition. The
nominating petition must be signed by current members and list their
membership card number. You may submit an 8 line biographical sketch
to be printed by your name on the ballot. The
petition must be turned in to the club Director no later than October
15, 2010 to be included on the ballot. Please
