Rules and Regulations
- All members must check in and have permits with
them in order to play, if they don't have their
permits they will have to purchase a $5 replacement
card. All people on the court must have a day permit
or be a member.
- Singles - One (1) hour reservation
Doubles - One and one half (1-1/2) hour's reservation
Court time is subject to availability. The one-hour
rule will be enforced during prime time hours of
9am-11am, and 4pm-7pm, WEEKDAYS; 9am-2pm WEEKENDS.
Court time decision is at the discretion of person
operating desk.
- During prime time hours we need to know all
names of those playing; only one court will be
given out to each group at a time. If time passes
and the court assigned appears not to be in use
it will be given away to another party. No back-to-back
reservations by an individual or group. Club members
are allowed to be on multiple waiting lists (this
increases the chances of getting a court during
tournament time).
- Court slips may be picked up 30 minutes in advance
of scheduled time, provided all players are present.
Any court not picked up on the hour will be given
out to someone on the waiting list. This way you
will not be losing out on court time by waiting
in line. If one person checks in, then the court
will be held for 5 minutes. All groups must pick
up or have a court slip in order to be on the court.
- Once your hour is up you may return to the window
and see if another court is available. This will
provide anyone waiting for a court the opportunity
to play. Court availability is subject to change.
You may be guaranteed a court; you are not guaranteed
a particular court.
- Club members only are allowed to make reservations
by telephone up to 7 days in advance. Daily permit
holders must request courts in person and may not
reserve a court in advance.
- All players on teams representing BTC must be
members and have current permits.
- Limit three (3) balls per court. Multiple balls
allowed only on courts 1 - 4, and the Stadium.
- Please be courteous to all players and wait
until the point is over and their time is up before
taking your court.
- No Solicitations of tennis services or food
services allowed on BTC premises without concessionaires
approval.
- Club members and permit holders only have access
to the clubhouse.
- No refunds or leaves of any kind.
